Ericksonian hypnosis — what it really is

Nothing to do with stage hypnosis. Nobody forces you to obey. It is a rigorous approach rooted in psychiatry, recognised in the medical world.

You stay conscious, and your unconscious becomes more accessible — to trigger changes that are truly yours.

Before any session, we take time to understand your situation. What you feel, what you want to change, what you've already tried. No judgement. This exchange guides everything that follows.

Intervene — The working sessions

We use the tools best suited to your specific block. Coaching to structure action. Ericksonian hypnosis to access unconscious programmes. NLP, EFT and Hypno-MDR as complements based on your needs.

Anchor — Consolidate the transformation

Change doesn't stop at the end of the session. We work on anchoring so that new patterns become lasting. You leave with concrete tools, not a dependence on your practitioner.

At a time when artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work and make decisions, taking care of the human — our emotions, and what holds us back — has never been more essential.

I didn't come to hypnosis and coaching through theory. Twenty-three years of international management — results pressure, complex decisions, leading teams across more than 50 countries — taught me what blocks really do to someone who has to perform.

That experience doesn't serve to advise you on your career. It allows me to understand your challenges from the inside, without translation.

Training in hypnosis and coaching came to equip that understanding with a method that works where willpower and experience alone are not enough.

About hypnosis
Is Ericksonian hypnosis the same as stage hypnosis?
No. They are two radically different practices. Stage hypnosis uses suggestion for entertainment. Ericksonian hypnosis is a rigorous therapeutic approach developed by psychiatrist Milton Erickson, used in medical and paramedical settings for several decades.
Do I remain conscious during a hypnosis session?
Yes, fully. The hypnotic state is not a state of sleep or loss of consciousness. It is a state of focused concentration — you hear everything, you can speak, you can stop the session at any time. You remain in control at every moment.
Does hypnosis work online?
Yes. The hypnotic state does not depend on the physical presence of the practitioner. Online sessions allow you to work from home, in an environment you know and feel safe in — which often enables a quicker state of relaxation than in a consulting room.
Does hypnosis work for everyone?
The hypnotic state is a natural state we all experience daily — just before falling asleep, in a daydream, driving a familiar route. Ericksonian hypnosis adapts to each person's natural functioning, without forcing or imposing. The only real condition: wanting to move forward.
About the process & results
What happens in the first session?
The first exchange lasts 30 minutes, online, and is completely free. It is a listening moment — not a working session. At the end, I offer you a clear direction: whether and how we can work together. No commitment on your part.
What is the difference between hypnosis and coaching?
Coaching works with the conscious mind — clarifying what you want, structuring action. Hypnosis works with the unconscious — accessing deep programmes that block that action despite your conscious will. Together, they allow you to act on both what you know and what you don't see.
How many sessions are needed, and how quickly are results visible?
For a targeted block — stopping smoking, performance anxiety, a specific phobia — 2 to 4 sessions often suffice. For deeper work, 4 to 6 sessions is generally more appropriate. Some changes are perceptible from the first or second session. Others emerge gradually over the following weeks. The number of sessions is defined together during the first exchange.
What is Hypno-MDR?
A protocol for treating traumatic memories and emotional disorders through alternating tapping on the knees, followed by reintegration and reduction of emotional impact. Combined with hypnosis, it allows access to traumatic memories in a state of inner safety and lastingly transforms their emotional imprint.
